REMEMBERING THE BAPTISM OF
OMOLARA ANJOLA-OLU KUSHIMO
Sunday, September 11th, 2011

Lara (Omolara) was baptized at our parish.
In the picture she is receiving
the sacrament with the symbol of the water
in the name of the Holy Trinity.
Members of the family and congregation
are witnessing this special step.

Lara (Omolara), is signed with crismal oil to seal her to
the body of Christ, the Church. Now Lara is part of the
Church and we welcome her to our congregation with her
parents and godparents.

OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE
DAY CARE LITTLE FOOTSTEPS
Saturday, October 15, 2011

Our new tentant Day Care Little Footsteps opened on
Saturday, October 15th, 2011 with a blessing of this
new space for our community in the Bloor West Village.

Parents and their children were involved in this very special day
of inauguration and blessing.  Our congregation was well represented
by Harlan Lunn, David Borsa y Brian Beech.

The traditional cutting of the ribbon at the entrance of the day care.
Fr. Maurice after a special prayer cut the ribbon and gave a piece
of ribbon to the owners of the day care.

Children had a lot of fun with this clown who painted their faces
and made figures with balloons. Some adults were very motivated
to paint their faces as well.
