FROM THE JUSTICE & ADVOCACY CYCLE OF PRAYER:

January 20, Epiphany 2 –Pray for Christ Memorial Church, Oshawa, its milk program at the local school and its “Outreach Sundays” to raise money and awareness; and for Epiphany and St. Mark, Parkdale, Toronto, its work in a community garden project, its support of the Parkdale Deanery Out of the Cold, and its social justice, advocacy and environmental initiatives.

January 27, Epiphany 3 –Pray for the Church of the Evangelists, New Tecumseh, its Thursday community lunch, and its Saturday Family Market, which sells used clothing and supports local social service agencies and schools; and for the Parish of Fenelon Falls and Coboconk, its support of the local food bank and Christmas gift program, and its involvement in antipoverty initiatives in the Kawartha Lakes area.
+
Remembering St. Paul and all the saints, we commit ourselves, one another, and our whole life to Christ our God.
