April 6, Lent 5 – Pray for St. Augustine of Canterbury, Toronto, its support of the Flemingdon Park Ministry, the Flemingdon Community Foodbank, Moorelands Camp, and Amnesty International;
and for St. Barnabas, Chester, its support for the ecumenical Out of the Cold program, Deacon's Cupboard, support of an orphanage in Haiti, and participation in the East York Strategy, working with youth in the area to curb violence and teach life skills.

April 13, Passion/Palm Sunday – Pray for St. Barnabas, Peterborough, its involvement with the Rural Outreach Centre emergency shelter, Cameron House and Brock Mission, support for children orphaned by HIV/AIDS in Kenya, and for community clean water initiatives in Uganda; and for St. Bartholomew, Toronto, its breakfast and afterschool programs, and its food bank and Christmas hamper programs.
April 20, Easter Sunday – Pray for St. Bride, Clarkson, its involvement in the Caring and Sharing program which donates food and household items for families in need, its Christmas Miracle hamper program, and its support of the Church in the Arctic; and for St. Chad, Toronto, its Tuesday program of soup kitchen, clothing and food distribution and its monthly community supper.
April 27, Easter 2 – Pray for St. Clement, Eglinton, its support of the St. Bartholomew’s and Flemingdon Park Food banks, Ingles House, Matthew House, Monaco Place, a Wednesday Community Lunch program, and other local and international outreach and advocacy; and for St. Columba and All Hallows, Scarborough, and its support of the Flemingdon Park Ministry and All Saints, Sherbourne.
